About Destiny Care

Destiny Care is approved for Medicaid Waivers, which is needed in order to be of services for people living with IDD. We are dedicated to supporting persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible in the community of their choice. Our purpose is to serve our clients with many opportunities which will encourage them to develop their independent skills.
